Oh, and the "cone of silence" with phone off, doors locked....  I have game DVR'd and start exactly 20 minutes out.   No commercial interruptions.

 

I could never do that with the DVR. I'd never be able to not find out what going on in real time if possible lol 

Krieder also tied for 8th most short handed goals in the league since the 19/20 season with his good friend Mika (and Lowry/Marchand)

Sure. Anything technically can be done, but when the team is winning, the questions beg as to why?

If you go back to the 18/19 season (Kreids took off goal wise in the 21/22 season), Chris Kreider has more goals than all but 11 other people in the entire league. If you start from the 21/22 season til now, the number dwindles to 6. SIX. If we are talking PP goals, it is 2. Only Draistaitl and Sam Reinhert have more pp goals. If we are talking GWG, he's tied for 10th with Crosby and Jason Robertson.

If you go to playoffs, Kreider from 21/22 to present , Kreider is tied with MacKinnon for 3rd most playoff goals, is 3rd with the most GWG, and 2nd in PP goals. 

Is he one dimensional ? Yup. But when you are that elite in that one dimension, you take the good with the bad sometimes. We are not where we are without the presence of Kreider.

I didn't know you were the spokesperson for others. Plenty of people on social media see things differently. I'm not sure what the point of the we part is.

It was 100% deliberate. No defenseman in that game, in that time, in that situation doesn't know where Mika is. If he didn't, they both would have went down. Pelech plants himself and braces himself knowing contact is about to happen

Oh and that was absolutely dilberate too. 

The only person in the tri state area that saw the eclipse was Mika and he saw it a day late

I've seen quite a few superstitions in the GDts. @siddious comes to mind. 

Figured I'd get the ball rolling. What does everyone do for playoff games to keep the good luck in our favor? For me, the playoff run we did two years ago had me not watch most of the 1st period and instead be outside cleaning my car listening on my phone. We always went up 2-0 or 2-1 when I did that.

My story is a Cinderella run! I was in 9th and climbed up into 6th to eek into the playoffs, and now I'm gunning for gold. Get. On. My. Level.

lol very true. My run was fairly similar. Think I was 11th place weeks before the playoffs started only to be Henrique'd at the last second.

My god that teetered all week. Every time you were in control it was with a razor blade thin lead. Still can't believe I couldn't get any goalie wins out of teams desperate to get into the playoffs.
