Ya, the dentist. Apparently it was a false alarm.. today was just fixing a cavity.. I've got to go in again at the beginning of October to get it extracted. Ugh... I was freaking out all day for nothing!

local + gas... so scared. I don't have dental insurance so going to an oral surgeon to get knocked out would have killed my pocket.

Then you didn't try hard enough... we did it only a couple months ago just telling them the quote Verizon gave us and got our bill dropped $100 and got added all premium channels on demand plus multi-room DVR.

Get a quote from Fios over the phone or online, call later at night if possible (for cablevision it's after 9pm or something) and ask for the retention department and use the Fios quote as leverage since it will be cheaper. Assuming all cable companies have similar practices they have different quotas at night and you may be able to nudge your way into a better deal.

Mens Wearhouse.. what a fucking mess. I was supposed to pickup my tux yesterday and it never arrived. Then I was supposed to get a call this morning telling me it was in and never got the call. I go in and they have it, I try it on and the pants are the wrong kind + 3 inches too short and there's what appeared to be smeared blood on the shirt cuff. Now I have to go back tomorrow 10AM (delay my trip to MD/VA) and hope they get the right pants in or else will need to get the correct pair shipped down south. I fucking hate this place.

Did it survive?

I've been checking prices everyday for the last 2 weeks and it's fucking making me mad. I've read the best times to book are Tuesday night and Wednesday, and that the best time to book is about 6 weeks before your departure. I also don't fucking understand why a one way ticket is practically as much as booking a round trip flight.
