Transplant kicked my ass, just now getting my motor function back from December surgery. Amandas been my hero thru this

Dude, I never come on here and I’m so sorry I missed this. I would’ve reached out with my aunts experience, but that doesn’t matter now. I’m so glad you’re recovering, you and Amanda are fucking warriors and deserve all of the credit in the world. Keep going, we are all behind you and here for anything you need.

  3. This is easily our best assembled coaching staff since the Torts staff, and it seems like everyone took an honest assessment of what this roster needs when it comes to how the staff as a whole was assembled. I’m intrigued to see how this season differs from years past, but I’m also disappointed the two highest drafted players this organization has had in generations spent wasted years with the prior staffs. The rangers were happy to pick them, and content with hanging them out to fry with subpar coaching, especially during the pandemic when guys like Laf had no choice but to play in the nhl.

Goodrow gets paid more because he's a different type of player. Ontop of being an OK defender he plays every forward position and also plays the role of an agitator.

His cup success was something everyone bought into as a selling point on bringing him in. But now you're going to shoot that down. That's fine. I'll agree. I said he was a bit over rated when brought in,  but was told I was wrong then too, because I didn't know what the dirty work was and how valuable he was as he was slotted up the lineup. But you're telling me he stinks now, so IDK who to believe.

I honestly have no idea what your charts mean. Sorry. It's just not something I look into much. Nor do I  believe they hold the weight of importance someone such as yourself does.

I didn't bring up cap hits. I brought up contracts. Fast is the best forechecker in the game and he will walk from a contending team so he can get 2.2 million from another team. His offensive stats and TOI are that of a 4th liner. If he's so damn great why isn't he on a top line and getting 25 goals for all his hard work?

These numbers are empty. Forecheck all you want, but if it doesn’t result in a takeaway or many goals, what effect does it actually have for the team?  Fast sure as hell isn't a focal point for an offensive line, which you seem to suggest since you throw in that his teammates love him because he does all the dirty work.

They love his effort. But his effort results in little on the stat sheet.  You say let's look at the stats, but I feel you ignore the obvious more important ones.  Points, time on ice and for a defensive forward, takeaways and blocked shots. League leaders in takeaways had 108. Fast had 24. Goodrow had 30.

Again.  Fast is a good inexpensive player. I don't overvalue his metrics like you do, because I don't ever think they tell enough of the story. And by the lack of a big salary and short term contracts given to Fast, I think the league doesn't exactly agree with you. I'd think someone with all this value you claim hevhas, would have him paid and locked in. A cornerstone player. He's likely headed to his 3rd team in 4 years.

I don't know what the dirty work looks like on a chart. I know what it looks like on the ice. Fast does some dirty work. As does Vesey. Did I say they didn't?  I don't recall doing so.

do you just like hearing yourself talk? It’s like you don’t read the points being made against you. JFC.

Miller is definitely a bit of a unicorn.  Huge and soft with good puck skills and what will eventually be a booming shot when he gets the confidence to use it.

What the Rangers need to do is figure out how to get him to use his size more effectively to dictate on the ice.  He probably is reluctant to use his physical attributes because of the system he grew up in which would have put a premium on keeping him from beating on smaller white kids.  He needs to figure out how to ditch that conditioning and really use his weight.

    Dawg are you okay lmao.

Doesn't matter what you think, market is set.

You can't use Kuch as a market setter because he's very much the opposite.  He's underpaid relative to his production. In the last full season this league had, he lead it in points and potted 41 goals, which was good for 6th in the league at that time, tied with McDavid and McKinnon.  He's McKinnon light in terms of team friendly deals and should be making something closer to Panarin-McDavid.

  8. This deal is a good example of why the hard cap is trash. You shouldn't ever be shy to sign your young stars, nor should teams be punished for it.  If this guy doesn't workout, the only people who are going to end up being punished are Minny fans, and if they didn't sign him and he went back to Russia and was incredible, same deal.  Any time your fans are in a lose/lose situation, you know as a league there is a problem.

I know it's not happening any time soon, but the winds of change for the NHL salary cap are definitely starting to blow. There are enough people talking about it that eventually, the ownership group that controls this league is going to have to do something.  Especially now that there are models showing a soft cap would've made the league more money post-lockout.

  9. Back at it I see. Have fun Art

Never stop lol. I played 9 on Easter, meh ball striking, was on fire with my wedges, probably too much spin but it’s early, and decent putting. That being said, ball striking had me at a 41, which I hated.

  10. My Swing Speed this year is about the fastest it’s been in 10 years and my ball striking is feeling great. I’m tempted to get fitted for a set of Tmag p770’s but the turnaround time is like 7 weeks right now... so annoying.
  11. But are we wasting ELC contract time on this washed season? Send em down . They aren't learning anything from this coach. That locker room must be like a frikken morgue. Bring the young core together in the A and under a different coach and see if they create their own culture.

Laff is not AHL eligible iirc.
