  1. Showdown time for the rudderless team that is going nowhere. Will this group show that they actually have it in them to put on a meaningful effort for 60 mins? Or will they prove that they have given up on the season? Hmmmm..... See ya'll in the next world. Brought to y'all by the YSUOA, Inc.
  2. The team that has finally shown that it is now going nowhere, played like a team that has tuned out the coach that is most probably going somewhere. To be shut out 4 times by one team is hard to fathom. The Isles are now going somewhere while the NYR seem headed to oblivion. A completely disgraceful and uncalled for exhibition by a group that are handsomely paid and didn't even go thru the motions of trying to win. WTH is paying to see this crap, I ask 'ya? I've been a NYR fan for decades; is this season a symbol of what the future holds? Management has let the team and fans down. Pure and simple. Time for some heads to roll.
  3. And your the guy that " runs things around here " as you put it. Nice way to set an example.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
  4. One more whipping boy from the moaners and groaners. And this after the guy got hurt enough to miss the rest of the season. Typical inane, nonsensical, inconsiderate B.S.
  5. brooks the blowhard. Knows everything. Looks good on TV; get on the ice and try it, larry.
  6. Abysmal effort all around. No bandwagon for the usual naysayers after last nite's debacle. Shameful exhibition @ home against a team that was vulnerable. Boston won! 'Nuff said. The team that is/was trying to get somewhere surely looked like a team that is going nowhere.
  7. UhOh! Is it a trap game for the Islanders or a real chance for the team that is trying to get somewhere, to make a stand against a team that is most probably there?? C'mon all you know everythings, chime in with more expertise based on who knows what? Give it the usual filthy language to emphasize your thoughts. Don't even fret that youngsters and ladies may be lookin' in, or that it is offensive, period. My honey bun and I will, as usual, be watching on the super Hi-Def HUGE LED TV in the comfy cozy quarters of our den with Molly, the chocolate Lab accompanying us. More pertinent data to follow; don't miss out. Stay tuned as the NYR try to get somewhere meaningful. The aforementioned bought to you from the YUOA.
  8. Hey naysayers! The NYR Won. #93 scored his 20th. The guy you all disparaged. Treading water at this point.
  9. Well now. The team that is absolutely, positively going nowhere, was beaten by the team that at this time is actually looking like a team that is trying to get somewhere. Nice win at home with the added bonus of a 3 goal game from #93; you naysayers remember him, no? Yeah. That's the guy. Name is MIKA Z. The player that was vilified by many here. Now they are chomping at the bit to get on the Mika-wagon. Hopefully, the team that is actually somewhere, will falter down the stretch, and the team that is trying earnestly to get somewhere will be able to. More vital data provided by the YUOA. Stay tuned for updates. Ciao.
  10. NICE all out victory. Will the team that's trying to go somewhere, actually get there? Or will they finally succumb to the reality that they may be going nowhere? What say u naysyaers? Info provided by the YSUOA. Ta ta.
  11. Uh oh. The team that is supposedly still " trying " to go somewhere, got embarrassed by a team that is actually trying to go somewhere. Said team is led by a former NYR coach. The team that is supposedly trying to go somewhere is now facing an uphill battle to try and catch the team that is actually somewhere; the Bruins who actually play as if they belong somewhere. A dreadful episode last nite by this team. Dump in, chase the puck. Pass to nowhere, pass up good shots. same ole refrain. Next appearance will show the moxie of this team that "[/b] [/b]supposedly " trying " to get somewhere. See ya' peeps. Stay tuned for more data from the YSUOA.
  12. The latest NAYSAYER'S whipping boy. And a native NY'er to boot.
  13. Once again, the team that is going somewhere took it to the team that is " trying " to go somewhere but is actually going nowhere at the moment. The teams that are already somewhere, are continuing to push towards the play-offs, while the team that is trying to go somewhere, continues to tread water or fade into oblivion. Poor exhibition from a group that talks big but never quite measures up to the fact that they are just not determined enough to actually get somewhere. This NYR team, made up of players of all ages and capabilities, is still in a position to get somewhere. However, if the players that have disappeared in many games don't play as if they want to actually get somewhere, then the current NYR will once again become a team that is going absolutely nowhere. Regards from the YSUOA!
  14. The team that is trying to make the playoffs had better play hard and responsibly against the team that is poised to make the playoffs. Said team always gives the team that is trying to make the playoffs fits. It remains to be seen if the team that is trying to make the playoffs, has the fortitude to take it to the team that is poised to make the playoffs.
  15. A team trying to go somewhere, played a team going nowhere. The team trying to go somewhere, led the team going nowhere, 3-0. The team going nowhere took advantage of the team trying to go somewhere, and tied the score @ 3-3. The team trying to go somewhere were lucky that the team going nowhere didn't take the lead. The team trying to go somewhere got a late 3rd period goal from a likely source and finally beat the team going nowhere. The team trying to go somewhere will not go anywhere, if they play the remaining games the same way that they played the last 2 games against the team going nowhere. They were lucky in both outcomes. They face an uphill battle to reach the playoffs. The team that they are chasing is going everywhere at this time. Soooo, the team that is trying to go somewhere may very well be looking in from the outside at the team that is going everywhere. IF, the team that is going everywhere starts losing, and the team that is trying to go somewhere keeps on winning, then the team that is going everywhere will finally lose out to the team that is trying to go somewhere. Clear, precise info from the USUOA.
  16. In a word: DISGRACEFUL. One would think that Quinn might call a timeout. nah...... This team just can't deal with success; no mental toughness.
  17. Almost blew it, but recovered nicely. Empty net goals were nice for a change. gotta due mucho better in the next one.
  18. Back to back! Team played a terrific game over all. No naysayers for this one? The bandwagon is overloaded. Tuff that the wins go hand in hand with the Bruins victories; ahead in the standings with games in hand. 3 consecutive shut-outs would be a milestone for this team. Yeah, I'm in dreamland... always the optimist. Be waiting for the next game and hopefully the team will perform as they are capable of doing. Bye, bye from the YSUOA.
  19. Uh oh... #20 & #93 on the NAYSAYERS S--T list, and I thought it was all Lindy Ruff's fault. 60 minute effort needed from ALL hands against a team going nowhere.
  20. The N*A*Y*S*A*Y*E*R*S have all mustered in. Now in formation with the usual rants, groans, moans, ravings, negativity and the like. Never happy NYR " fans " will be fit to be tied if the NYR make the playoffs and advance. The usual culprits never pass up a chance to diss this or that player for not being a perfect robot oriented performer. Oh, BTW, for info purposes: the NYR picked up a point. Youngest team in the NHL and they get zilch on the respect scale. Unbelievable. Yes, it's a story told over and over: shoot, hit, play hard, smart & physical for 60 mins. Buy y'all from the YSUOA!
