Vuori as mentioned previously served as Director of European Scouting for Toronto. He also worked as a coordinator with TPS in the Finnish Liiga whom the Rangers have gotten numerous prospects from i.e. Kakko, Georgiev, Pajuniemi, Reunanen. 

 

Gasper had been with Brandon (Schneider's WHL team) as AGM and then GM. Rioux had been with Rimouski (Laf's QMJHL team) as AGM and then Baie-Comeau as GM.
