QUOTE(S) TO NOTE:

“We talk about it after a lot of games. I get a little frustrated at times, even when we win. But the more shots he gets, the better he is. He's comfortable with the way his game is and the way he’s playing. Don't get me wrong. I don't want 42 shots – 27, 28 would be perfect and a good number to get to. But I just think the guy's confident, he gets his work and he's focused on every shot. I’ve got no issue with us winning a hockey game with great goaltending.”

Wholly cow...I'd say they have to focus on stopping Kaprizov...didn't realize he was having such a good season.

Also, nice to see Cam Talbot having a solid year.  I always liked him and thought he played well for the Rangers.

Rangers win 3-2 in OT

Ulf Dahlen for Trivia

Fuck him, he can rebound after this game.  4.02 GAA and .866 SV% in his last 6.  Was scheduled to have the night off on Sunday, but Kahkonen got yanked in the 2nd.  Need to pepper him early and often.

Gotta rest Igor at some point  and as much as he sucks im still rotting he starts putting up good games if o yo yo get his value up.

Nah, you're right Pete!  We gotta play him eventually, and here's hoping he plays a good one.  His showcasing could just end up working out for the best in what we can get back for him.

I still think we need to hang on to him for the playoffs, and trade him during the off season.  @Pete made a good point a while back, with Shesty being somewhat fragile, and we'll need someone "capable".

Maybe Georgie pulls a shutout out of his ass, and makes us all look silly!!!  Here's hoping!!!!  LOL
