I get that he's been hurt, but I don't understand how you let one of the top pitchers in the majors when healthy leave over such a small amount of money (in the baseball world)

What an asshole.  He said he would accept the qualifying offer, declined it and signed super fast.

Something stinks more than usual with the Mets. Nobody wants to play here and nobody  wants to run the team. It's either Sandy Alderson having too much control, or Lindor is a huge cancer that took over the clubhouse. 

That or NY just isn't an appealing city anymore.
