"Over the last week, we have engaged in thoughtful conversations with Clubs, former and current players, the Players Association, and The Players Alliance, among others, to listen to their views," MLB commissioner Rob Manfred said in a statement. "I have decided that the best way to demonstrate our values as a sport is by relocating this year's All-Star Game and MLB Draft."

Keirik
Makes sense.... I mean one person can vote 175 times anonymously for the all star game but let’s take a stand here lol

Blue Heaven
Steven Matz has a no-hitter through 5 innings *Hopefully I'm putting the jinx on him*
Blue Heaven
No-no snapped 5.1 IP for Matz. If he did pitch a no hitter it wouldn't have gone into the records book b/c Jays-Royals are playing a doubleheader.

pws85nyr
Matz has been great, as Dunny says a real surprise. Just hope he keeps it up. Ryu, Ray and Matz is a solid base with Pearson soon back from injury. Keirik
Funny enough I know Matz’ dad completely by accident. Been friendly with him for years as he is the service manger that I personally deal with for my car. I only realized he was the father of Steve when I was at a bar and the tv has no sound on. They flash to the crowd and I see my service manager with his wife. I’m thinking “ oh wow that’s cool. They are on tv. I’m confuse though because they keep showing them. Then they flash a picture of them with Steven.” Saw him a few days later and we had a laugh. From the next town over. Nice family. Hope he has all the success with the Jays. Morphinity 2.0
I find it stupid these guys celebrate making the playoffs the way they do, so justice is finally served.
Sharpshooter
Hell, I get nervous when players are jumping all over each other after a walk off home run. I've seen some players get badly injured from that too.
Sharpshooter
How insane is it that the Dodgers won 106 games and have to play a Wild Card game? lol
Stephen
All that crap I gave the Red Sox and they're now four wins away from the AL pennant. BTW, did you see what's been happening with the sign-stealing with Houston and Boston?
Sharpshooter
Yeah, it's interesting that that's back in the limelight now. The White Sox weren't shy about calling Houston out again for it. It's just more stuff to taint the game. An Astros and Red Sox ALCS will make me throw up.
