If not, then I don?t get it either. That?s one of the quintessential uses of a time out. Slow the fucking game down. San Jose had just scored two goals in 40 seconds, take the fucking time out. What I really hate about the situation is that there wasn?t even an initial penalty call on the play. Refs only conferred with each other after seeing Pavelski on the ice. Terrible call.
