Maybe, but the only player on the roster with an NTC of any kind is Pekka Rinne, which is just incredible.

 

So if shit goes south, they can definitely wheel and deal to get out of any cap hell

And almost everyone on that roster has good trade value. I'd happily deal to take the final two years of Subban or Ekholm to free them up to do what they need to do, for example.
