    Anyone else have the nightmare the Gordie Clark has them convinced Vasili Podkolzin is really the best player in the draft..

     

    I keep picturing the movie Draft Day in my nightmare... Then I wake up in a cold sweat and need to call a professional to talk it out.

     

    If that happens Im done with hockey, for real lol.

    Being the best UFA doesn't make you the best player (see: Shattenkirk, Kevin). It just means you'll get the fattest contract.

     

    Look, I like Panarin and wouldn't mind signing him. I agree it doesn't matter if anyone labels him elite or not. But if it's a choice between offer sheeting Marner, and Panarin... I'd take Marner even with the picks.

     

    So Marner vs Panarin and 4 1st round picks, you would choose Marner? Thats just crazy.

    Looking at their roster.... Probably him being 19 on a vet heavy team? Just spit balling.

     

    I guess, but he still has one season in the NHL, which is more than a lot of the other guys on that team. He also played the first 2-3 games, so strange that he all of a sudden is a healthy scratch for every game. Anyone watched the games he played? Maybe he played like shit?

    That was the best finale of any major television series ever and likely the greatest show ever made. Well done to all that worked on it over the last however many years.

    The entire s8 was so rushed. So many questions that never was answered and so many things we didn't even get to see.

     

    The Bran and Sansa thing is also stupid. A couple of Stark kids is the king and queen of everything.

     

    And how do you only give Bron 3 scenes in the entire fucking season? Most awesome character in the entire show.
