I would think playing is better than sitting on the bench when it comes to learning, but I dont know. Still frustrating for a young player see the veterans do mistake after mistake and still get lots of ice time, but as soon as he does one little mistake he?s out for the rest of the game. Yeah, maybe. I'm just frustrated by a lot of things Quinn does. Like why was DeAngelo benched in the 3rd? He wasn't good defensively, but neither were the "veteran" D-men. DeAngelo atleast can do something in the O-zone, so why bench him and let Staal play every 2nd shift when we are down 4-2?

With Smith on the 3rd line there is seriously no team less skilled than the Rangers (maybe Ottawa). Im starting to doubt if quinn has what it takes to take this team through a rebuild. I dont understand. He?s been really good and talked about alot his entire career. The NHL had him as #15 in their top 20 rankings before this season and he?s been solid the first few games. We dont need him to all of a sudden get better. He just need to find his game and rythm and he?ll be a top 15-20 D in the league.
