recalled/assigned: Rangers Re-Call D Joey Keane
Gunnar Stahl replied to Phil's topic in New York Rangers
He could very well be the greatest Ranger's Keane since Mike Keane. -
Our house is a roughly 2500 sq ft and a bi-level. I use a combination of eero wireless (one base and 3 hubs) and the coverage is fantastic both upstairs and down. Also for hard wired connections in the basement for PS4/Xbox I use gigabit powerline adapters and they have worked out great. Someday I will probably properly run CAT6 throughout the house but I have no interest at the moment lol

[friedman] Rangers Are Thinking "More and More" About Keeping Kreider
Gunnar Stahl replied to Phil's topic in New York Rangers
I love Kreider, but I cant help but feel like this is contract year fools gold. His numbers are decent, but he's never been elite and disappears for long stretches. I hope we don't get stuck with a 6-7 year contract that will get bought out in 3 years. -
Damn, welcome to the NHL Igor, here is the highest scoring team in the NHL.....

God dammit Rangers, you couldn't have waited a week? I literally bought tickets to the Wolfpack vs Scranton Penguins game in PA just to watch Shesty play lol

Just got two tickets to the Wolfpack vs Penguins game on Jan 11th in Wilksbarre PA. Pumped! I really hope Shesty plays that night. -
Lias Andersson Leaves the Team; Requests Trade
Gunnar Stahl replied to Phil's topic in New York Rangers
I still dont know why we drafted him so high. He's a decent role player I think on a lower line but thats it. https://www.hockey-reference.com/players/a/anderli01.html Obviously ignoring the Wolfpac stats, but there's absolutely nothing here that screams 7th overall pick. -
Ryan StroMessier gonna center our stanley cup run.

2019-20 Reports From the Rink ? Practice Updates Thread
Gunnar Stahl replied to Phil's topic in New York Rangers
Tanking. There's no doubt in my mind they are going for another lottery pick. -
A struggling team seeking their first win, rookie with no goals..... about to face the Rangers. I think we all know the usual results  Might as well have the Devils start some unknown rookie playing his first NHL game so he can get his first win and shutout after we shoot the puck directly into his chest all night.

On Pure Talent, are the Rangers a Playoff Team?
Gunnar Stahl replied to LeetchFan's topic in New York Rangers
It's only a 2 game sample size but we are a 1 line team with horrible defense. I don't see making the playoffs. If either Panarin or ZBad gets hurt long term our offense is toast. We really need other lines to step up. -
I do wish we had some big hitters on the team. I don't mean dirty like Wilson or Lucic, but just someone that makes the other team pay for coming into our zone. We've always had the scappers like Avery, Lemiuex, etc but no one that really makes the other team keep their heads up.

confirmed: Josh Ho-Sang Requests Trade; Won't Report to Bridgeport
Gunnar Stahl replied to Phil's topic in Hockey Around the Globe
What do you guys think? Could Panarin and a 1st get it done? -
This was the most fun I've had watching wrestling since the 90's. Love the look, the feel, everything! I love how the commentary team is used to put over the matches and wrestlers instead of simply plugging the company and social media non-stop. God I didnt realize how much the WWE killed wrestling for me. It's so refreshing now.

David Quinn Press Conference "Look, you have all worked your tails off and all deserve to be here. I think we are icing the best team possible. However there is one more piece of business to wrap up and I know everyone has been asking about it. Who is going to lead us? Who is that guy? Well, that's why I called you all here today. *energy in the room rises as players start smiling and embracing each other. They have waited for this* "It's time" "Mika... come on up here pal!" *players go crazy, high fiving and yelling as Mika walks up to the coach* "I need something from you, Mika" *Mika smiles and tries to keep his composure* "Are you ready because this is big?" "Ready coach!" "Ok, hold up this arm of the jersey and extend when I say so, we dont wanna miss this!" "got it coach!" "Ladies and Gentlemen our new captain..... ok Mika open it up!" *The jersey opens to reveal the letter C" *crowd goes nuts!* "Flip it over Mika!" *The jersey is flipped and the name reads....H-A-L-E-Y" "Come on up Haley!!! You earned this! Ok thanks Mika you can sit now" -
