You were drinking because you knew the Rangers were going to win and you hated it because you're a Devils or Islanders fan!!
Just in case we lost, id be numb, but we won, so i had to celebrate!!!!!!

SBR35, i wish i could express to you how much of a die hard fan i am-ish, but I've gotten so jaded over the last couple years. Especially when they announced the latest rebuild! Then they hired this schmuck as a coach! I could go on and on, but trust me, id like nothing more than to do NYR happy dances; when appropriate of course

A troll says outrageous stuff just to provoke people. There's almost no other plausible reason you could be doing it.
Im calling a spade a spade... I have no doubt if we were all sitting around drinking and talking shit, you'd see where i am coming from. I dont get my jollies by provoking people or trying to make them feel bad. But i will call trash out when i see it

Nah. I’ve posted rosy-glasses stuff forever. Just looking back in my mind’s eye recollection of how the ‘94 team had confidence. And how I had confidence that no matter what, they’d win. This is like watching a downed wire in a storm - it just flips around aimlessly (like
our play.) Take the points and move on.
Couldn't have said it better! I remember losing game 6 in Vancouver and feeling sorry for myself for a couple days and then having an epiphany while driving home from a late night skate, thinking "no way we lose again" i totally expected to win after that
Needless to say, there was a lot of drinking during and after game-7. I watched it at a bar called the Stadium in Fayetteville NC, while stationed at Ft. Bragg.... So friggen drunk. Not that you asked, but now you know

You're missing the difference between a valid observation and a steady stream of horseshit.

Yeah, major difference between what he said and coming in here and actively celebrating losses and explaining what a joke the franchise is.
Good greif, i dont celebrate losses because they're fun, i do it because its-maybe-a step closer to management/coaching changes. Maybe in an indirect sorta way, an OWNER change

Two questions:
A) IF we win tonight, are you going to curb your enthusiasm because this is a bad Montreal team?
B) What excuses are you going to use WHEN we lose tonight?

Well try to look at it from the other side. If you just start posting in a group and only post inflammatory negativity, it’s going to come off as if your only goal is just to troll Rangers fans.
There is a constructive way to voice some concerns and displeasures and then there is the way you’re doing it. Maybe just take a second and relax. As I said, you’re going to want to be around come cup finals time.
You are absolutely correct! Although I meant everything I wrote, it wasn't nor isn't meant to be shifty toward-or stir-anyone up. You're a classy dude keirik

You left more of that definition out.
Patrick Kane
Vladimir Tarasenko
They've added what you're looking for. They also (hopefully) learned from the ECF run they went on with pretty much the same roster, save for replacing Vatrano with Tarasenko and Copp with Kane. Oh and replaced Hunt with Vesey. Reaves is gone... A year of major growth for Chytil and Kakko, with Lafrenière also gaining traction (did the same last year) is an additional plus. The PP is still a force.... They built a solid checking line that WILL see icetime. Miller is now a 40 point defender. Trouba is dialed in with his physical play... Fox is Fox.... I'd like a better LD to play with Schneider, but they are a BETTER "team" this year.
Shesterkin will bounce back. That's the only big concern aby of us should have. I'm confident he can get back on track.
Do they lack sandpaper? Sure. Is that a must have though? If you're displacing that lack of grit with the players they added.... Probably not. They could do what they did last year
Well, you understood its meaning! No?
