Signing Trocheck was fine, but most of his other moves? Not so much. He had a good deadline last year but followed it up with a not so great offseason. The Buchnevich trade was a huge disaster.
I respectfully disagree. I feel like he blew up the chemistry train

Won a little league World Series ,he’s got credentials
The only thing that makes this shitty season palatable is reading these posts

What makes anyone think Drury can coach the team? He's not a coach, he's an executive. He's not going to put a system in place.

I hear ya but I just can’t root for a loss ever. Nature will take its course regardless if a GM has a good pulse of the team.
I loathe losing; however, iif t leads to changes in Ranger land, I'm on board

The winner will go in off of Trouba's ass.
While he's skatiing to the bench no less

lol They still have to score two more to at least tie it. Not likely with how they look most of the time.
That and they'll just blow at the end of the 3rd or OT

Me too, but the replacement better be worth it, or else it'll just be more of the same.
You know damn well, Dolan and Dreary (<spelled correctly) will F this up! "We'd like to introduce Hoser McHoser as the NY Rangers New head coach!" during his time as a pee wee coach he amassed an impeccable record of a lot wins and only a couple losses one season 30 years ago. We feel he has (insert positive spin) and will develop a winning mindset/team and develop the turds we always seem to draft...."

So this is an attempt to fix the Rangers based on things that we know to a high probability. I'll use the following symbols to represent things we know:
>< = Not a good pairing, <> = Good pairing, !- = Too much ice, !+ = Not enough ice
Things we know
Panarin >< Trocheck, really bad at 5v5.
Miller >< Trouba, on ice for a significant number of bad events.
Lindgren <> Fox
Vesey !-, not in the top 6 please.
Trouba !-, needs to give some ice time based on play so far.
Gauthier !+, works hard and plays RW
Chytil !+
Lafreniere !+
Schneider !+Solutions
Kreider - Zibanejad - Panarin, best players on line 1 any pass Panarin makes goes to somebody who can put it in the net reliably.
Lafreniere - Chytil - Gauthier, big line plays at similar speeds and all work hard at that speed. All 3 young players that need more minutes.
Blais - Trocheck - Kakko, not giving up on Kakko, quite the contrary, Trocheck is a good two-way player and Blais has some real scoring potential. Kakko might find himself as the playmaker on this line.
Call up a kid - Goodrow - Kravtsov/Vesey, the best way to send a message to the vets and the kids is to bring up somebody who might take a job. Put him on the line with Goodrow who is an excellent babysitter and probably Vesey who is sound. Kravtsov would be great but he'll undoubtedly nut himself on his own stick and miss two weeks (nad miss two weeks?)Lindgren - Fox, don't fix what's not broke
Miller - Schneider, Schneider needs more minutes and Trouba really needs less ice time until whatever is bothering him heals
Hajek - Trouba, gives the Rangers a big 3rd pair which can be useful at times. Not sure how you fix this group of under-performing players but I think a shake-up of the level above is a logical step given what we know.
One word: accountability. Something GG doesn't know how to administrator

Time for the SS NYR to sink once and for all. Come on Chicago, one more torpedo should do it
-
Just keep hoping for an implosion, things will finally happen; maybe we'll have an actual rebuild.
One thing, well 2 things are certain: they're not making the playoffs and certainly ot winning the Stanley Cup. Probably ever again at this rate

How do you give up a game tying goal under a minute left in the 3rd then a game winner with under a minute left in OT?
And all we'll hear from GG is, it was real good game, Ottawa is a real good team, just bad bounces, i like how they're playing, just gotta keep at it

Maybe a reporter will say/ask
"So your morons blew another one, what are you going to do to fix it?"
