Hope this is a trend where we have significantly more shots on goal than the other team.

That side view camera on the Tampa PP is a horrible view.

It was sure nice to win a couple offensive zone faceoffs while on the power play.

Guess I'll go with Ryan Carpenter.

As much as I feel Kravsov didn't earn or deserve a top 6 RW spot, at this point I think he's the best option to play RW on Bread's line.

Reason being is that Hunt, Goat, Blais, etc, didn't show themselves worthy of the spot either and they have almost no upside potential. At least with Kravsov there's the possibility of improving through the year and I don't think he will be any worse than the other available options.

I think GG will experiment with Blais at RW on one of the top two lines.

Hoping Kravsov improves as the year goes on. On the one hand I felt he had a better camp than Kakko last year. Unfortunately he  hasn't impressed me this year. Last night his one great scoring chance 12 feet point blank he fanned on the shot.

I was hoping even more that Othmann would have gotten a longer look with a possibility of moving to 2nd line RW. Othman has snarl and good scoring/playmaking instincts. Very surprised they didn't keep him around for a longer look 

Was that Trocheck who did a fly-by allowing Reilly to move in point blank on the Bruins 5th goal? Very lame.

Wolinski having a rough game. Didn't play the right angle on the 1st goal against letting Wood get by him. Didn't come out of the crease and let the puck carrier walk right in unchallenged on the 3rd goal.

Real strong shift by the kid line.

Kreider needs to stop showing so much excitement on his goal celebrations, lol. 

Can't believe Hunt is on the 2nd power play unit.

I agree, had dreams last night of Breadman pulling up in the o-zone and threading a cross-ice pass to the charging Othmann for a one-timer.

Would have like to see Othmann play again tonight. If Kravsov lays an egg with Bread and Troch then it would be interesting to see Othmann slot up to that RW spot.

Really like Othmann. Seems to have a nose how to get open in the o-zone. Might be a good fit on the RW with Bread & Trocheck.

Zack Jones looks solid. Vesey admittedly also looks good. Zib & Kreids still on another level.

Not impressed with Kravsov so far. Seems to be floating around 

My vote is for the 1985-86 team that totally upset the heavily favored Flyers and Capitals in the playoffs before falling to the Habs. The team had lots of youth that played with energy (Ridley, Miller, Brooke, Pavelich, Sandstrom, Erixon, Samuelsson, Patrick, Bieser in net, etc), but also had several seasoned vets (Greschner, Larouche, Maloney).

And if the puck didn't bounce over Willie Hubers stick at the point to lose in OT in game 4 to the Habs who knows what would have happened. The following year Espo would make one of the worst trades in Rangers history by trading Ridley & Miller to the Caps for Caroenter.

Michael Grabner. Prior two seasons had 8 goals with the NYI and 9 with TOR. Came to NYR and potted 27 & 25 next two seasons.
