No one is save from my point of view. I have been shocked so many times now, that I've become really cautious about how much I like a character. Treason and Betrayal can come from everywhere. Oh and by the way, don't try to keep track on the family tree of the Freys, there seems to be a Frey in every family.

Thanks K, but I am fine. It seems to be his time, he is over 80 years old and talked about wanting to go on for years now. He's hut himself from the world and doesn't really try to communicate any more (also for years now), not even with us. I visited him sometimes the past month to bring him food and such and it was always the same. I think the only thing that's really left to wish for is an end in peace without pain.

I know, it's not like I am totally devestated by it. ;)

Life is a bitch, so after all the positive things these week it decided to put a downer on it by taking my grandfather to hospital and probably soon from this world. Appearently he had a heart attack this week without telling anyone and all organs are in bad condition, seems like it will be any day now. Well, he had a long life and actually said for years that he doesn't want to live anymore (since my grandmother died), still a sad thing obviously.

Without spoilering: Each Volumes adds some new pov characters, some already in the series but no pov character yet, some totally new. Like Brienne the beauty of Tarth or Ser Davos Seaworth, who both will join us in season two as followers of Roberts brothers.

Well Martin WAS on the team of the show and hopefully remains for all seasons yet to come.

Can't say that. Very good day here, actually it's so good it frightening, cause I am not used to it. lol First of all, the trial went well, was only there to give my statement on what happened and was sent home right afterwards, so I don't know what punishment she got (though I doubt it will be harsh). Thought the judge was nice, friendly guy with a calming athmosphere. My ex was there all alone, no lawyer nothing and in the end after trying to come up with questions to make me look bad she admitted she brought the knife and wanted revenge on me. Which I would define as a clear confession of her guilt. I ignored her all along and just focused on the judge and hopefully this is all over now. Will ask my lawyer to get the info on what she got in the end. (Couldn't reach him today, we agreed he wasn't needed as support for me on location) Later the day got even better, because now I have a job starting monday, so I am one big step further back to a normal life. :) Seems to really be my lucky day. :)

Well, yes. Still it IS a point on the list :D, I won't mention it though. :D And thanks, as I probably will be tired as hell, I'll need it. Glad I am just there to be a witness. :) @br-avery Don't joke about something like that, someone might believe you. ;)

I wish I had that movie here right now, only time I tried to watch it I was sound asleep after 10 minutes or so and sleep is avoiding me right now. :D

It happened only in the show, the book had Dany take away the horse not the bloodrider. Big difference, considering how much power he had over her until then. @Rhommy Sorry, right now I can't even remember the name the german version used. ;) ...,but accoring to Ice&Fire-Wiki you're right.

Yeah, the series made the bloodrider deny him the horse.

Gotta love all the whining on the HBO-Forums about Neds death, lol.

Yeah that was one of my major complains so far, that and that they stole the scene were Dany stands up to her brother for the first time and takes away his horse.

Not right now, I have to wait till my dad finishes with the next volume, but I read them all twice allready. :D
