Leicester City spent like 20 weeks in a row at the bottom of the table and pulled off an escape. It's just about keeping yourself close. Newcastle last year deserved to go down. I think Colback was basically the only guy who showed any effort on that team. Sunderland may not he the most talented team ever but they have a good manager (hopefully they don't fire this one) and some new players like Lens who are good and might just need time to gel. Their goalie is also very good The EPL is the best league in the world. While the Bundesliga, La Liga or Siera A might have better top teams, I think that at least 7-15 are at the very least competitive in other leagues. The money that's coming in is good. Previously, teams couldn't afford to keep their best players. Chelsea/Man U or any other big club got to just say "OK, he's good, he's ours now" and there was nothing they could do. Now, Everton don't have to just bend to Chelsea's will and sell John Stones. West Brom don't have to sell Berahino (although they should, since he explicitly said he wanted to), Palace can bring in Cabaye, Stoke can bring in Shaqiri.

My roommate is a Sunderland fan and he's already resigned to the fact that they are going down. They go through managers like nothing. Tyne-Wear debry is worthless now. I do think Sunderland can actually turn it around though. A lot of times there are teams that start out like dogshit and cant get a win but pull it together. At least they show a consistent effort.

Last year was such a disgrace for them (and this year so far as well). I wish they went down and Burnley were able to stay up. They were a fun team to watch

we scored as many that game as we had all season. 2 of those 5 goals were own goals. hopefully this wakes up the attack because it has been sloppy this year so far

I'm not going nuts about him not buying anything else. We could use another Striker but I don't think it'd be responsible to pay 50 mil for Cavani, or to seriously overpay for Lacazette. Neither player is a guarantee to be great. We get great players for great value, even Ozil at 42mil was a steal. Sanchez at 30 was a steal and even Carzola was only 15mil We aren't as big of a club as Chelsea, we can't risk spending 40-50 mil on a player that carries risk. Don't throw money around or spend irresponsibly, then when we have the opportunity to get a good player for a the right price, we are able to.

I watched most of the LA Galaxy NYCFC game this weekend and, while I think LA actually has a very talented team, the defending by NYC, and pretty much every other example of MLS I've ever seen, is atrocious. Teams are spending money on high profile attacking type players to draw fan interest but nobody wants to buy the smart defensive purchase.

An interesting tidbit about them, once Shaqiri becomes official, no other EPL team will have more Champions League players on their roster

Going back a bit, the way she wrecked Terminus was epic. I mean, it was weird that after smearing herself with zombie guys, she was perfectly clean after that, but yeah, she's definitely turned into a total badass

I thought Glenn was dead, up until he started the fight. They kept breaking away from that. Of course he's surviving. Other than that, the episode was awesome. Was awesome to see Morgan back. He looks like he became a total badass. Sucks that he could've killed the wolves but didn't

I'm really excited for the finale coming up. They've really set up a lot of tension and a lot of possibilities.

I just keep thinking that this whole thing isn't real, and it's all going to turn bad. But that'd be too much like the Walking Dead. I feel like they'll go in a different direction

Yeah I spent the whole episode on edge and nothing really happened aside from some small stuff.
