Sharpshooter Posted May 21 Posted May 21 Actually LOL'ed when I saw it. I didn't like him on Nashville, it was even weirder than seeing him on Tampa Bay. I'm glad he's back there.
Abe Froman Posted May 21 Posted May 21 (edited) Yeah, he didn't look good in that Nashville uniform. Then again, no one does, they're fucking ugly. Edited May 21 by Abe Froman
Sod16 Posted May 21 Posted May 21 Has their cap situation improved so markedly that they can afford him now but couldn't then?
Sharpshooter Posted May 22 Posted May 22 I guess this means he'll eventually be traded back to us so he can retire. Will always be pissed the Rangers traded him. 1

To be fair it took him a little while once he left the Rangers to do that. He was with Tampa for a couple of years there and was basically the same player he was with us.

TB was in the win now mode and the rangers were...who the hell knows?

They were in pseudo rebuild/re-tool mode. It was a weird time. lol Although they became quite competitive again after a relatively short period of time.
