Most of the time, when people retire, you want to wish them well in retirement and talk about them in a good way. Especially someone who is been around as long as Edwards has been around. But here? Nope. Good fucking riddance, to a horrible, beyond biased and often confrontational announcer who long overstayed his welcome in the booth. I obviously hope for the best for him with his health in the future. But he was a fucking pitiful play-by-play guy. I wish him well there, but I will absolutely not miss hearing him. lol I remember when he used to do some national broadcasts. Thankfully he stopped awhile ago. Sometimes Sam can go overboard and be a little too complimentary towards the other teams and players.
