I recently just started using Brioche rolls for my burgers and it is the best for burgers no doubt about it. Nothing else compares, especially if toasting them just a touch with some butter. They're obviously key to great french toast, but it's incredible for most sandwiches because brioche is just enriched with more butter and eggs. We've recently gotten into a little bit of a popcorn kick but I still prefer ol' faithful red. Blue is good too but that's what the wife prefers. I love both. I try not to demolish her stuff.
