I probably should have moved Hunt up two spots to 16 instead of down two to 20.  He was the only one on the list that didn't suck last night lol.  Well, except Igor.  That game would have been 10-2 if not for him.

Sarcasm? Hard to tell by reading...You know he didn't play, right?

Yes, which is why I said he was the only one that didn't suck lol.  They were terrible last night except for Igor keeping them in the game...except for that OT goal.  Ouch.

Oh, 💯 LOL. I was just skimming and read your post and was like..."Hmmm....This guy kidding?" 🤣

Did this guy really do 3 moves, including 1 that moved Shesterkin down, after that game??

Fox should never have been below Shesterkin based on performance to date. Tonight didn't change that fact considering Fox's big balls play on MacKinnon leading to the late GTG, weighted against Shesterkin lollygagging around in the corner boards a country mile from his net almost costing the game.

Reversed the Trouba move. It's the one I didn't think I kept in when I posted earlier.

CK deserves a bump down.

Kakko up could have just as easily been Trochek down. I like Kakko's game right now. You can see it slowly coming together.

Kreider had a few questionable decisions with the puck last night.

He needs to get back to the net presence he was last year.  Obviously he won't get 50 goals again.

Sample size of 7 games. Every athlete has hot streaks and poor stretches.  Let's hold off on extrapolating the whole season.

I'd say the sample size is 10 years, and last year was an anomaly.

Fair, from https://www.hockey-reference.com/players/k/kreidch01.html

One of these years is not like the others - and who knew that you could finish 40th place in Selke voting?

For validation- FO% 56.5 , 2nd on team w/ 30 SOG, 3rd on team w/ 24 HITS, and has 6 POINTS in 8 GP

He's a much faster player then I realized and always seems to be giving a 100% on his shifts which is more then can be said for some players after 8 games.

No question, that it was...

The sample size of 10 years, prior to last year's season, shows that CK played on average in 58 games/year, .308 goals/game.

Last season, he played in 81 games, another anomaly, with average of .641 goals/game; in the first eight games last year, he scored six goals, .750 goals/game.

In the first eight games of this season, he scored two goals, an average of .250 goals/game. Based on this stat, CK will score about 20 goals this season in 81 games. That's roughly the ten years average goals per season.

Hot/cold streaks or not, he' way beyond the eight-ball...
