It's simple;

  • Each position is worth X amount of points.
  • You must get the line and the side correct in order for the point to count.
  • In game changes do not count; must be the officially listed game day line-up as presented before the game begins.
  • The person(s) with the most points accrued is the winner(s).
  • Submissions must be in before the opening night roster is announced.
  • Winner will be announced after game 1 of the season. 
  • You win and everyone rep's you.

Here is the scoring chart:

1st Line:  LW (1 pt)- C (1pt)- RW (1pt)

2nd Line: LW (2 pt)- C (2pt)- RW (2 pt)

3rd Line: LW (3 pt)- C (3 pt)- RW (3 pt)

4th Line: LW (4 pt)- C (4 pt)- RW (4 pt)

Defense: 

1st Pair: LD (1 pt) - RD (1 pt)

2nd Pair: LD (1 pt) - RD (1 pt)

3rd Pair: LD (2 pt) - RD (2 pt)

Starting Goalie: 1 pt

On the roster but not playing (excluding back-up goalie, including 7th D): 2 pt

 

Wild Cards:

-If a rookie other than Lundqvist or Barron makes the team and you have them in the line up (3 pt)

-Predict a player signing/trade not currently listed below (even if they dont play or get sent down) (5 pt)

-Predict 1 player's point totals (g, a, pts) from the opening night game (5 pt)

-Make a wild* prediction, if it comes true by/on opening night (5 pt)

-Predict who will be named captain** (5 pt)

* I realize "wild" can be subjective so lets try and not be arsewipes about it. If I find your prediction to be too tame I wont award points. 

** Your lineup must be submitted before this is announced in the case that the announcement is made before opening night.

-Predict a player signing/trade not currently listed below (even if they dont play or get sent down) (5 pt) - Also won't happen - the Rangers are deep enough that players don't interest them. We'll see draft picks come in for Gauthier though.

Yea im sure hes already paid reaves some money + lost wages for what reaves is going to do to wilson
