Dunny Posted May 7, 2021 Posted May 7, 2021 :slats: He was actually a good player, just ask Jacques Martin lol.
Morphinity 2.0 Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 Was a nice goal tonight. Also saw him make a nice pass through traffic. Some skill is starting to shine through.
TwoMinutesForNothing Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Shaved his stupid beard, played better hockey. No coincidence.
NYR2711 Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 This was a strange season IMO for any of the rookies, especially Laf. He had a long layoff from hockey because of COVID, and the. No real preseason or camp to get acclimated to the NHL. The kid needed time to get used to the game at this level, and has finally found that stride. The expanded ice time also helped his game. Hope he keeps this up next year and keeps getting better.
Vodka Drunkenski Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Can’t wait to see what he can do under Torts Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
Ozzy Posted May 10, 2021 Posted May 10, 2021 First off, he's gotta grow that beard back... ...and no matter what, he's going to remain "Yukon Cornelius" for the rest of eternity to me. Bugg, you have etched that shit in stone, sir!!! Great finish to the season for Laffy though. I really liked watching his progress this year. I think the kid's gonna be a genuine scorer for us and I'm really looking forward to next season, with a full training camp and schedule.

Just say NO to Torts. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
Cash or Czech Posted May 10, 2021 Author Posted May 10, 2021 Laf ended the season with the same points as Jack Hughes' rookie season, but played 5 less games. Also had 5 more goals and fewer assists (duh).
Sharpshooter Posted May 10, 2021 Posted May 10, 2021 Hopefully his second year is better than Hughes' second year. I have a feeling it will be. :D
