BrooksBurner
How many times can a Batman movie possibly be made though? And there's no beating the Dark Knight IMO.
Keirik
Woah that looks sick. Even love the music. Remember that Nirvana song in Jarhead.
Phil
I'm normally in the same camp of "oh, my God, ANOTHER reboot!?," but this really does look fantastic. SaveByRichter35
Though I was never into comics there is something about Batman movies that always gets my attention. Trailer looks good but agree with RMC though, it is gonna be tough to beat Bale and his trilogy. I've never even heard of this guy before.
NYR2711
I don’t like the emo Batman look with Pattinson in this. But I have heard a rumor that in the new Flash movie, it’s supposed to have both Ben Afflack and Michael Keaton will be playing Batman, one from an alternate universe. SaveByRichter35
So this is low key opening in like 3 weeks. I feel like there isn't a lot of commotion going on about it. I don't think I have ever seen a commercial for it anywhere.

I would put it up near Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. Better than The Dar Knight Rises in my opinion. Really well done.

The Bale movies are among my favorite movies, especially Dark Night and Dark Night Rises. I have it behind both of those movies, but it was really good. "The Riddler" was awesome. Paul Dano did a good job.

I'm not really into the Marvel movies but I have always been a fan of Batman and Superman movies as well. The Nolan/Bale franchise was by far my favorites as well. Burton/Keaton were also very good but Schumacher/Kilmer/Clooney were kinda meh. I'm looking forward to where this franchise goes.
Sharpshooter
I'm looking forward to seeing it. Length doesn't bother me as long as it's good! The Dark Night was over two and a half hours long and was great.

I second this. Yeah, it was perhaps too long but it exceeded my expectations. I thought everyone was really good in their roles. I was skeptical of Pattinson as Bruce Wayne/Batman, but I thought he did really well and it was a good origin story for him and some of the other characters. I'm intrigued to see where it goes from here.

He had already been patrolling Gotham as Batman for 2 years at the start of the movie. But the sentiment remains, he did do a good job. I was skeptical as well. I enjoyed that he spent most of his time as Batman, not much Bruce Wayne. I hated the suit though. Especially the collar.

Yes, I suppose technically it wasn't, but it was still very young Batman, though. Did you see that deleted Joker scene?

I haven't seen that scene yet, I only read about it. I need to look it up. Didn't get much out of the final scene in the theatrical version of the movie but there were a lot of cool subtle cues from him.
