would love to see the league increase the play off format so we get in just for the experience.

Panarin wanted to come to New York, he wanted to come to JD. He knew Panarin when he picked up the bread man in Columbus and Panarin wanted to come to the big city. Why not the biggest city in America, New York City with one of the most signature franchises in NHL history at the World's most famous arena.

 

It was a win-win situation and we now have several franchise faces to build the team around (Panarin, Zibby, Shesterkin).

 

This team still has a young core. All we want is for them to take some steps because we were a team on the bubble, but we still need more help in the defensive end. No problem with the offensive upside, but the defensive play still needs some work because you can't leave your future franchise Goaltender out to dry (you need to have some semblance of a defense in order to win).

I feel like we're all in good hands. Don't know if I've ever felt this good about a management group in any sport in my life.
