NYR2711
That’s some serious overpayment, wow.
josh
Seems good for both. A little steep with the picks, but not terrible
Phil
It's a haul, but fair for both teams. ROR is criminally underrated. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
Pete
he's actually criminally overrated. He's got no individual Hardware. He's got no team Hardware. He doesn't have great stats. All he has is a lot of hype.
Vodka Drunkenski
Wow, total overpayment. Thank god he didn?t come here, overrated
Phil
Wow, total overpayment. Thank god he didn’t come here, overrated Tage Thompson, Patrik Berglund & Vladimir Sobotka's production combined this year: 66 points (31G-35A) Ryan O'Reilly, alone: 24G-37A-61P. On Buffalo. What Buffalo got back was quantity. Not quality. But it works for both teams, because they badly need bodies to protect Mittelstadt from having to play tough matchups as a rookie. So Berglund and Sobotka can do that for him while he finds his sealegs.
Long live the King
Buffalo now has 3 1st's next year already... Sent from my [device_name] using http://Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk
Phil
It's starting to feel like they're finally going to turn the corner. Still years away, but it feels like progress.
The Dude
Buffalo wheeling and dealing. What a haul for a guy that everyone knew had to be dealt. Sucks seeing a bunch of centers being moved and signed. I guess the big time interest in Hayes was all bullshit. Or maybe the Rangers can send him to Winnipeg.
Phil
Nah, now that O'Reilly is off the market, if the Rangers are serious about trading Hayes, they can now command the market. There are no other UFA options left, so if team's really want help, step up.

Lets talk to Isles, we have their JT replacement  This was a haul for Buffalo. Tage was a 2016' 1st rounder, so it was two depth C's (to play with their rookie forwards), two 1st and a 2nd. Now three 1st next year + Eichel and Dahlin. They have to get it together soon.

With JT, ROR, and Stastny all settled, the market for Hayes will open up.
Phil
Hayes was like the 4th best center on the market. With JT, ROR, and Stastny all settled, the market for Hayes will open up. It can. It depends entirely on how much the Rangers want to move on. Balls in their court.
