Kevin Posted April 2, 2018 Posted April 2, 2018 https://techcrunch.com/2018/04/02/espns-streaming-service-espn-to-launch-april-12/ I would imagine that local area teams would still be blacked out?
Blue Heaven Posted April 3, 2018 Author Posted April 3, 2018 I would imagine that local area teams would still be blacked out? probably. Still havent found anything if it will be an ESPN produced broadcast or just a simulcast of a team's feed.
josh Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 I would have been all over this 5-10 years ago. ESPN is unwatchable trash now.
ThirtyONE Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Gary Thorne for life. Used to LOVE their broadcasts, but yeah, now it's a gossip-based outlet. It's trash. I'll pass.
Future Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 I think the whole point of the app is that you don't have to watch all of the talk shows...This sounds pretty sweet. I'll gladly pay for this. It's going to be all of the stuff that's on WatchESPN plus NHL.
