Rizz GAWD Lav No Cap FrFr
I know we have a thread devoted to photography, but not really one to art or artist or whatever. Lately I've gotten back into it. My medium has been art markers and ink, and I've been working on these tiny 3"x3" canvas'. Working on these things is incredibly fun, just finished my third one tonight and the amount of ridiculousness that they allow for, because basically you're YOLO'ing it, is fantastic (yes, I did just use YOLO...). http://25.media.tumblr.com/14298e32ef852b1f1c146386813b5905/tumblr_n34rfcbJLg1qavcvro1_1280.jpg http://25.media.tumblr.com/fbc0d8442cde843f7c40ac3ec5e0155e/tumblr_n36m0vDNLa1qavcvro1_1280.jpg http://31.media.tumblr.com/2481ff3096e6c18108b29573d8e19444/tumblr_n3a4siZToA1qavcvro1_1280.jpg Anyway, this is what I have so far, what about you guys? Anything interesting or fun you're working on or have worked on?

Aasjs
Those are great! I love the one of the eye. Here are two drawings I've done. The first I drew on paper and then transferred to a canvas. The second is a picture of Kurt Cobain I drew for Scars. http://i.imgur.com/sdVvzs4.jpg?1 http://i.imgur.com/qRwVV7o.jpg
Rizz GAWD Lav No Cap FrFr
Nice! Eyes and hands really intrigue me to draw. I tend to like all the different, striking things they do. What mediums did you use for Cobain? I love the shading.
Aasjs
I just used a regular pencil and my finger to smudge lol. It took forever to get his shirt that dark and the front sleeve to look right. Most times I just start doodling on printer paper and then as it turns into something I become obsessed with making it perfect so the final product is made on a crappy medium. Rizz GAWD Lav No Cap FrFr
That happens to me a lot actually. I would've guessed the shading was ink or charcoal, just based on how dark it is, very impressive. I don't like drawing full faces or people as much because I'm really terrible with hair. I don't know why, I think I draw too much anatomy and don't give it enough room to properly fit from a perspective standpoint.
momentum
Great stuff, I've always enjoyed drawing and copying things and I always envy ppl who can make something come alive from just a blank canvas. I never had that ability/knowledge, I know a lot is technique that you can learn but I never did and don't know if I have any talent for it.
