Puck Head Posted August 17, 2013 Share Posted August 17, 2013 On large scale projects, the Union labor pool for the most part will be more qualified. When you start asking for 300 welders, 500 electricians, etc, etc. Then at least with the AFL/CIO you are getting "qualified and trained" workers.
