Vodka Drunkenski
Anyone try using system restore or the refresh to factory settings? Neither working for me
Morphinity 2.0
What happened? Why are you trying to refresh?
Vodka Drunkenski
Yep, IE opens a blank white screen and crashed 15 seconds after each time, it's reacting slowly. New laptop that I believe picked up a bug before I could install any good virus software. Both restore and refresh fail each time
Morphinity 2.0
So your whole computer is sluggish? Not just IE? Three things I would recommend trying: - run Microsoft Security Essentials and see if anything comes up. Do a full scan. - download Chrome on another device and transfer the install file to your laptop. Install Chrome and see if that runs. If it does, download AVG, Avast or any free antivirus of choice and run that. See if that turns anything up. - If all that fails, do you have a Windows install disc? If yes, backup your important files and reinstall Windows completely. If no, then call the laptop company.
