quick release
Theres a mustard for every occasion. I usually have in my fridge: brown, dijon, and whole grain. They're not interchangeable. The only thing I like "yellow mustard" for is for cookouts for burgers, hotdogs, chicken off the grill. This is the best brown mustard I've found. It's like a cross between brown and whole grain. It's awesome. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51L45j1tvyL.01._SR300,300_.jpg
Tonybologna
Honey mustard is more of a dressing than a condiment. Not for me it's not :D

Respecttheblue
Or it could be just different in this country/east coast? Most people when they say yellow mean this http://www.livinglowcal.com/images/grocery_items/FRENCHES_yellomustard.jpg Anyway, i don't really find any mustard that hot but then again, living in the one of the spiciest regions of the world might do that to a man No man, I'm from the UK ... so I mean Coleman's English mustard, Chinese yellow mustard, or Grey Poupon as yellow. That Reckitt Benckiser krap not even in the pantry.

Even their sweet hot mustard is good since it's actually fairly hot. Great on egg rolls lol
