No shit! My best buddy from college lives in Springfield. I visit a few times a year. Nice area. He's lives just off of Mountain Ave.

My brother who now lives in Manhattan (not far from Bellevue hospital) had rented in both Bay Ridge and Hoboken, NJ. Visiting, I enjoyed Hoboken a little more, although Bay Ridge was nice. His place is Hoboken was crazy expensive though.

Well, my final grandparent passed away late last night. Sucks. The thought of no longer having grandparents makes me really realize just how old I am. Anyway, headed back home to LI for the funeral this weekend. My dad, while lucky to have both his parents live well into their 80s loses them both just over a year from each other.

Yeah, baby #1 she was pregnant during all the blizzards a few years ago....lucky the baby wasn't born til April. This time around she suffers through heat instead of cold and snow the final trimester. In the end......we are just happy that she's pregnant, several people we know continue to have issues trying to get pregnant.

Yeah, looks like alot of 85-90 with low humidity the next week or so......which is good. My wife has been suffering through this heatwave at just about 9 month pregnant. Obviously, she's not outside much, but still.
