Yea, no kidding. Kid has a target on his back. Every hit he makes looks nasty because he is huge. It's not really fair. He would have been off the roster fairly quickly if GG were still here. He had no patience for the kids and pretty much stifled progress. Rempe is a wrecking ball and such an important piece to this team. Keep it going kid. I think it's bad for the NHL when the one of the original 6 teams is pathetic for any extended period.

This Capitals team makes me sad. It pretty much puts the bow on Ovechkin being done and the next era of the NHL taking over. Ovi and Sid were the best to watch for the past almost 20 years. Hated them both but still fun to watch generational talent at work. Cheers to both of em'.
