  1. Yup. That triggered me a little. Good example.

For me, it's Incubus' A Crow Left of the Murder. It's routinely not even in their top three of 9 albums, but it just has my attention.

It's also stood the test of time better than most of the others; Megalomaniac and Talk Shows on Mute are as culturally relevant as they were 15 years ago.

That was always my favourite of theirs too. Here in My Room was underrated off that album too.

  2. I liked it, but man was it slow. If it weren't for DVR, I'd have had a lot of trouble sitting still for 90 minutes. My friend at work made a point that it's probably going to be more of a binge-watch than a week to week type of show. I might take his advice.
  3. Mom told me to call my dad and try to get him to maybe push the funeral to Monday as opposed to Sunday for obvious reasons, but I cant reach him. Hes probably driving to Brooklyn but usually answers via bluetooth. Is it weird that I feel worse for my dad because he basically has to deal with all this on his own for the time being than I do about my grandpa?

Sorry, man. I know what you're family is going through and what your feeling isn't weird. A few months ago, my great-grandmother passed at 96 with dementia. The last few years have been so harrowing on my grandmother, her caregiver, that we were hoping for her sake that she would go peacefully. It feels wrong to think about it, but my great-grandmother lived a long, proud life. I want my grandmother to be around for that long, but caring for her mother was becoming way too much for her.
