It's a piece of paper. Out of all of my friends, I'm the only one without one. I'm the 2nd smartest out of all of us (we have discussed this). The smartest guy is an electrical engineer who always tells me that I'm the smartest...He's lying.

Fair enough, just saying. I've never been turned down for a job because I don't have a bachelor's. Companies like people who can actually function in the workplace, regardless of a piece of paper saying you say in class for X amount of years.

Associates degree + experience > bachelors.
