Let us not forget the all important "buy-out" amnesty clause too!
Need a sunset clause so you get a free buy out of a player who retires (#30)
-
Surprised the players are so willing to engage like this, what's in it for them
-
need to find this lowlife and make a very public example out of him
-
Many people are donating now. Tax season
don't sweat it DQ doesn't have to decide who's in goal for a while
-
Nicely done. Might be a good time to retire.
I see what you did there

Belmont is going to be a fucking disaster. That area is just way too busy with traffic at the times leading up to a 7pm game. I think they have an LIRR line planned where you have to get off at Jamaica and then double back east to Belmont similar to Citi Field with Woodside. Looking at an LIRR map it looks to be close to the same distance as Woodside and Citi so it shouldn't be too bad. Definitely better than Jamaica to Atlantic Terminal. Trains are going to be PACKED on nights where both teams play at home.
Disaster is a little harsh but overall it's going to be a dud. Place is hard to get to, you're not going to find 18,000 to go there every night and it's going to be impossible to sell out the suites at any sort of high roller corporate level

This has been the most confusing thing to me, is Cuomo some sort of massive Islanders fan or something? He's been a total homer cheerleader for them for several years now.

they are actually very lucky to walk away (they were in the black sedan):

Jesus put down the crack pipe, he?ll be back sooner than you think.
Slapshot to the chest is going to hurt like a bitch

Hank hoisting the cup to end his Rangers career would be a fantastic finish

hope they don't find out he was DUI and gets a suspension on top of this

Rangers have moved their practice back a half hour until 11:30.
John Davidson will address the media at 11

I don't see it happening, my man.
First off it's a PR nightmare. The guy has been the backbone of this team since he's gotten here, and as much as I would like to see him win a cup and make room for the other 2 here, I'd rather not see them buy him out.
Number 2 - a buyout just eats up dead cap space...we have a metric fuck ton of it next season already.
Number 3 - as much as some outsiders think this team can make the playoffs, it seriously has a better chance of eating 6 apples and shitting a fruit salad of making it....probably even next season to boot.
Lets let all the bullshit fall by the wayside and rebuild this team correctly; no need to rush it. We've come this far and we're going to build a perrenial powerhouse as long as we don't screw around trying to do crazy shit. We'll clear space for the young players...when they're ready. We have players here that are proving they need more time in the cooker, so no rush! ;)
PR nightmare? Whatever nightmare you think that is, it has already happened by benching him for weeks now, so that ship has sailed.

Why is he only trying now in his walk year, huge red flag for me
Trade him while his value is high before he shrivels down again

Shurmur may be the worst head coach I’ve ever witnessed in NY.
He sucks but there's been so much worse lol, even with the Giants Mc Doo-doo was soooooo terrible. And there's been even worse like Isiah Thomas
-
lol @ classy franchise Giants - a model for all NY teams! rofl

Everyone hated Eli recently for losing and now they will hate him for winning if he blows the draft picks

Ex-NHL star Sean Avery rejected a dismissal deal offer by prosecutors Monday in his arrest for scrapping with a motorist while traveling on his scooter.
Avery, 39, would see the misdemeanor case wiped after six months of good behavior and pay $1,027 under the terms of the deal. Prosecutors had previously asked for more in restitution but lowered the requested amount.
He could still take the offer at a later date. His case was adjourned to Oct. 28.

"They (Giants) have the most losses (31) of any team since the start of the 2017 season -- more than the Cleveland Browns, who have an 0-16 campaign during that span."

All on Mara because of Jerry Reese who looking back was the Phil Jackson of the NFL

Looking like Mark Sanchez 2.0 but without the two AFCCs, the Jets sure have a way with quarterbacks
