    He didn’t make a single good decision with the puck today. Passed when should have shot, shot when should have passed, and when he was gassed on that breakaway, he should have put his body in the defender’s way to at least draw a penalty…that was just terrible…

    They need a redline rule for the OT…once you pass the red line, can’t come back…like basketball. All the regrouping is pretty lame…

    Just like I thought: 67.3 Minor Penalty – Goalkeeper - A goalkeeper shall be assessed a minor penalty when he throws the puck forward towards the opponent’s net. In the case where the puck thrown forward by the goalkeeper being taken by an opponent, the Referee shall allow the resulting play to be completed, and if goal is scored by the non-offending team, it shall be allowed and no penalty given; but if a goal is not scored, play shall be stopped and a minor penalty shall be imposed against the goalkeeper.

    I don’t believe goalies are allowed to throw the puck using their glove hand up ice…call me crazy, but I recall reading that rule…should have been a 2 minute penalty.

    Clearly the scouting report on the Rangers is they won’t shoot from the slot, only from crappy angles…Greiss is waiting for them every time…how about this guys! Shoot from the slot and if there’s a rebound, your guy at the crappy angle will get it!!

    As a goalie coach I saw that one coming…Detroit took a similar shot about 15 seconds prior and they watched how slowly Shesty recovered to that far side…definitely planned to do that after seeing his recovery.

    How do the Rangers have THE worst score bug in the entire NHL? No logos, no shots…pretty poor.
