  1. From the scouting reports, it sounds like he could use another year in the OHL to work on his compete level and offensive instincts. He's not AHL eligible for another two seasons so he'll have plenty of time. His skating ability is what we need, as is being reliable in the defensive zone. For a third rounder, I like the pick.

He plans on going back which is a good thing. Another year and then some time in HFD would make sense given timeline of current D.

  2. All the lies?

"Women soccer players should get as much money as men because we're #1 and just as passionate!! The men are only #30, why should they get paid more?"

The economic realities apparently mean nothing, nor does the fact that they aren't even close to being good at their craft compared to men.

If I'm the #1 ditch digger in the world I'm not going to get the same compensation as the #30 hedge fund manager. That's just an economic reality.

Women's and Men's soccer aren't the same industry. Two different things. If they want to get paid the same then what they are asking for is for Men's soccer to subsidize them.

The Daily Show has become absolute garbage since Stewart left.

That's not even the gripe. It's that systematically they are putting into the system more than the men and they should be getting a larger share.

After expenses, the women turned a profit of $6.6 million last year. The men? Their profit was just under $2 million. Looking ahead, U.S. Soccer?s 2017 budget predicts that trend will be repeated: Expecting another Olympic gold medal, and another victory tour, the federation has forecast a profit of more than $5 million for the women?s team in the next fiscal year (on $17.5 million in revenue).

The men? U.S. Soccer figures they will lose about $1 million this year (on only $9 million in revenue).

If they turned a bigger profit than the men, why don't they have a gripe for a bigger payout?

And while Men's soccer and Women's soccer are two different things, the women set a record for most watched televised match in US history which says to me that there are enough people to care even if it is considered to be a lesser sport.

I'm not saying they are going to be paid the same exact amount, but they deserve a lot more than they are currently receiving.

  3. In from WWE or retiring from wrestling completely?

I was always curious how he suffered his concussion in the first place?

Due to medical reasons, effective immediately, I am announcing my retirement. Tonight on Raw, I'll have a chance to elaborate. #gratitude

I'm assuming all together but could be a form of an angle. Doubt it though.

  4. Wolf Pack have won 8 games in a row. Entered the month 14-18-2 with 30 points. Now sit at 22-19-2 with 46 points and two games remain this month. On a positive note Jensen has also played well for the Pack since trade. In 27 games with Comets he went 4-8-12. In eight games with Hartford he is 3-1-4.

It has also been another positive month for Skjei, a goal and four assists in 11 games and he's starting to skate more confident with the puck and looking to put it on net. He's got 52 shots on the season, 21 have come this month after tallying 7 last month. The goals will come in time but one of the bigger things he wasn't doing before was shooting, and looking to pass too much.

  5. Joe is in NXT, isn't he? I think AJ Styles, from what I've been told, is the only active roster member right now.

I'm making an assumption of him getting promoted.

    He tweeted this last night.

    @SamoaJoe:

The pieces are now all in proximity & on the correct playing surface. I warned you it was all changing, buckle up and get ready #2016

  6. Happy for AJ Styles. Hope he has better luck than every TNA star that jumped to WWE before him. I won't hold my breath.

I'm interested to see what happens with him and Samoa Joe. Honestly the roster right now has a lot of notable injuries and giving the TNA guys some looks with some of the guys that have emerged from NXT would be interesting.

WWE would be dumb not to tap into an existing partnership of two guys who work well together but I agree I'll hold my breath.
