It's not that, I just think this team is pretty deep at LW, Goodrow isn't guaranteed to work at C and then we'd want him at LW, there's also Barron another C/LW. I guess anyone could be moved to RW but we're deep there too. I'm not saying he's not worthy of playing regularly we're just so deep on the wings. Also, wasn't this guy a BSBH regular a long time ago? I agree with this tweet though.

I just feel like this guy isn't even a guarantee to be full time on the roster, or that he will be on the 4th line which would be okay if he was like one of those Matt Martin types but still this is just severely underwhelming.

Towards the talk of Buch and Strome going and Chytil being our 2nd line center, that had better not be what happens. If Buch and Strome go we need a bonafide 2C coming back our way in one of those deals. Chytil ain't gonna cut it and that's a massive downgrade from Strome and for what? Nothing.

I'd like to see Blackwell or Kinky taken in the draft, for some reason I still think Goat might have something in him that Gallant and playing on the 3rd line (or higher) could bring out of him. So if Buch does go for Horvat or some non-RW and Goat isn't taken, I hope to see him at least on the 3rd line and given a real opportunity. Also a potential 3rd line of Kreider - Horvat - Gauthier makes me kinda excited
