Horrible and so sad

This is just an unfair fight IMO. No disrespect whatsoever to the Habs, but that was one of the most mismatched Stanley Cup Final games I’ve seen in recent memory. Tampa’s depth is just ridiculous. Their ability to come at teams in waves is scary.

 

Lets see what happens in game 2 and see if the Habs can make any adjustments, but boy did Tampa look good last night.

That was not one of Jacob's gems but we will take the walk-off win. Beautiful day for a game with my son and announced 29,000 people in the stands. This team has no quit and that's great to see.

 

On a different note, I've never experienced traffic like Saturday. We were in bumper-to-bumper from Cross County Parkway at the Sprain all the way into the CitiField parking lot. Unreal. And it was backed-up both ways so it wasn't just a random accident.

 

That sucks, but glad you guys were able to see the Mets and the walk-off win. The Mets and their offense is just brutal

Yeah, true, the renovations priced people out even more, despite the out-pricing starting long before that. It was basically the death knell.

 

The removal of 90% of the blue seats took the soul out of the building.

It's been crazy seeing McKinney and Mason Williams playing for you guys. I remember when they were 'the future' of the Yankees' outfield. But, McKinney is doing a really good job with the Mets filling in. You can see some glimpses of what made him a first round pick.

 

McKinney he came in with a bang and was a nice surprise but has cooled off lately. I wonder when the Mets get all their outfielders back will he be kept.

Sucks Stroman went down yesterday and the piling up of the injuries is going to be tough the next couple of weeks. But the hitting since the Thursday night game against the Cubs has been dreadful they look lost.

 

I just hope the injury doesn't prevent him from starting his next start, but it didn't appear serious.

Montreal’s 4th line of Staal, Perry, Armia has looked really good in the play-offs. All 3 are over 6’3”. As a line 8 goals, 15 assist. 23 pts in 13 games.

The Point goal was amazing. WTF was Cernak thinking by trying to shove under Vasilevskiy that was dumb when he had a chance to just put it behind the net/skate away or of the boards. Love how the Isle fans complaining about the penalty F THEM !!!
