Strome's worst game of the year.

Strome and Foxs worst games. It was real nice to see the kids buzzing. I don’t think Kravtsov ever steps a foot back in the KHL or A. He’s legit and I think will be special very soon. Hell of a pick we have there.

 

3 out of 4 points against them is nice but now Boston just added Hall. Having a horrible year but still bolsters their offense. Really hope for a good successful playoff push here.

I didn't think they were that bad. In fact, after having their asses handed to them in the 1st I thought they were the better team.

Kravtsov has been far better than I expected him to be right from the hop. He looked excellent when he was bumped up to the Zib line. He'll force Quinn into a "difficult" decision if he keeps this up; it comes down to Kreider or Blackwell.

They didn’t deserve the point tonight. They got lucky, they were out played all night. Something needs to change. They can’t play like this. One good game and then a bad game.

Huh? They sucked in the 1st, but won the 2nd handily and played one of the top teams in the league to a draw in the 3rd. Consistency is born of experience, which is the main thing they do not have at this point. But they're getting it. Chin up. Much to be excited about.

If anything, playing all of these one-goal games and being in a playoff race can only help. I think that was Adan Fox's worst game of his career, and they still were toe-to-toe with the Islanders despite the bad first period. Lafreniere's confidence continues to grow and Kravtsov was amazing again and all over the place the entire game. Fun to watch.

I have to admit, Krav's coming out has given me new perspective on the KHL. I watched a few of his games with Traktor and he was good but not dominant. The fact that he is playing fast and showing some shiny tools in the NHL supports the KHL's hype of being the 2nd best league in the world.

During his KHL season, he was clearly trying to play a game that would translate to the NHL. Really worked on defense/back checking, stick position, play along the boards, going into the corners, going to the front of the net.

Howden fucking sucks. Defensive specialist who's awful at defense. Face-off specialist who can't win a face-off. PK specialist who is the worst pker on the team
