Scott
never forget hearing VH for the first time 1978, a few days before FB practice started and about 2 weeks before school started we hear about this 6ft 7 monster from CA who moved into town. He shows up for the first practice with the biggest boom box I've ever scene. Long ass blond hair with a big ass feather earring (way ahead of his time) he doesn't say a word to anybody. Sits in the corner and hits play and Jamie's Cryin' plays at ear piercing levels and from that point on it was VH over and over for that entire season.Nobody had any idea who they were at that time. RIP Eddie, a true legend for me amd the crowd I grew up with.
