Gravesy
Maybe Gravesy knows.. How much money does a guy like him make in that league? Somewhere in the 50k-70k range I'd imagine. If he were to renegotiate based on this seasons performance it's possible he gets around the 100k mark. It's no competition to an ELC with the Rangers, but he could be better off there than on a two-way here.
Dunny
Thanks, I'm just contrasting to what he'd get if he was from Kingston, and in that regard he's doing quite well.

Cursory googling suggests that SHL players make between 55K and 250K USD/year. On a rookie deal he's probably near the bottom end of that spectrum. Now, how does that compare to Hartford? Favorably, actually; players on two-way deals with the NHL typically negotiate for anywhere between 15% to 50% of their salaries. Since an ELC with the Rangers would be (assuming no changes) 925k plus bonuses, he'd make at minimum 137k or so in Hartford.

He'd receive his AHL salary, a maximum of $70K on an ELC, plus his signing bonus, also likely the maximum of $92,500. So closer to $162.5K.
