Future
This looks awesome, because Tom Hardy is awesome. I honestly have no clue what it's about lol
Phil
Oh, completely. Very little can be gleaned from the trailer. But it's dark and gritty and spooky, so I'm in. The Dude
So far so good. Love Hardy as a not so stable person. Big fan of his work in Bronson. If you haven't seen that, it's a must see. I believe it's on Netflix still.
paddynyc
Liked the first show nice and dark reminded me a little bit of Penny Dreadful

McDougalfaschnitzer
I was mad when the episode ended because I was very into what was happening. I like the setting and how things are coming to light and will definitely watch the rest.
Phil
Yeah, I got totally lost in it, which is only a good thing. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk

Yeah me too. I've been spoiled by all the Netflix series. I want to binge watch this show. I don't know if I can handle waiting week to week when Game of Thrones comes back. Sent from my iPhone using Blueshirts Brotherhood mobile app powered by Tapatalk Yes still keeping up and Tom Hardy has been great. There was a scene last week where Lorna Bow walked in with this red dress against the dark background which I thought was great. I'm looking forward to the finale episode on Tuesday. Ranger Lothbrok
This show was phenomenal. Any news on a 2nd season? FX is really stepping up their game post SOA. Legion is really good too. They're becoming like another AMC. I think we all have SAMCRO to thank for paving the road.
Phil
The second season hasn't been ordered yet, but Hardy is "confident" it will: http://metro.co.uk/2017/03/01/tom-hardy-sorta-maybe-confirms-taboo-season-2-were-onto-the-next-stage-6482400/ Steven Knight, the writer, has teased as many as two additional seasons: http://www.express.co.uk/showbiz/tv-radio/755564/Taboo-Tom-Hardy-gritty-drama-writer-Steven-Knight-two-more-series And I disagree — we have The Shield to thank. Probably Rescue Me, too. They paved the way for Sons, Justified, AHC, and others.

They're becoming like another AMC. I think we all have SAMCRO to thank for paving the road. It goes back further than SOA. The Shield, Rescue Me and Nip/Tuck, I think, are what made room for SOA. Always Sunny should probably get some credit as well, even though it's a different genre. I'm sure those shows get a lot of traffic for people who wouldn't have gone to FX - or really even known it existed - if not for tuning to Always Sunny.
