  1. lol That answers that. That was certainly...a response there.
  2. I don't think Keefe is very good, but a lot of bad luck for Toronto here which I could see saving his job. Personally, that wouldn’t affect my decision, but he's probably coming back anyway just because.
  3. Here it is, although no start times for any of the other games.
  4. He's just very droning and boring and comes off as a major douchebag who sounds like he doesn't want to be there. Plus, he hates the Rangers, so fuck him anyway.
  5. As usual, paralysis by analysis. What's an issue during the season, might not be in the playoffs where it's a long series and teams adjust all the time. Just drop the puck!
  6. He and McDonough are one of the worst duos of hockey announcers I have ever heard.
  7. It was either going to be another first round bomb for Toronto, or Boston blowing a 3-1 series lead in back to back years. lol At least Toronto can't say they lost because Woll didn't play. Very interested to see the fallout from this is, though.
  8. Carolina is no slouch, but I feel this Rangers team is better, deeper and more balanced since the last postseason match-up. If Igor continues his post All Star break, we should be in pretty good shape. Again, this could go either way, and I expect a long series. Getting a guy like Guentzel definitely scares me a bit because he's killed the Rangers in the past (it seems) and is a very clutch player in general. He was a key add for the Hurricanes, and someone to watch out for in this.
  9. Probably Makar, even I think Hughes should. If not this year, he'll get it soon enough. How about the genetics in that family, though? Not only one, but two generational type of talents from that family.
  10. This is bang on. In those days Toronto and especially Montreal had rights to all of the best players, especially the Canadiens. A lot of the best players were French Canadian, so of course, they had dibs. The 'Original Six' era wasn't too kind to the Rangers for reasons. Also, they lost a lot of talent who had to serve in the World War II.
  11. Just like last series, I'm tired of playing these guys (although not as much as Washington), expecting this to go seven, six best case scenario.
  12. Love the guy, and glad he's staying there for a few more years. This will probably be his last deal with Tampa, so it gives him some more longevity. In a sport where it can be a coaching carousel, having a coach leading the same team for what will be close to 15 years is rare. Obviously they have a near three-peat to show for it, but still, a tenure like that in the NHL is difficult.
  13. Let's make their decision easier by knocking their asses out of the playoffs. If I'm a Hurricanes fan, I'm pretty disappointed with how their team has done since he's been there. They've been pretty loaded, and really haven't had a deep run. I like the moves they made this year, but should be interesting if they lose to us again.
  14. Imagine if Boston loses in the first round again after leading 3-1. I'll be interested to see what they'd do. It's a complete waste of some really damn good teams.
  15. For the last couple of years or so, I always felt like Robertson was one of the better players in the league that no one talks about it. Dallas almost always just seems to be an under the radar type of team that's just always really good, or at least solid year in and year out.
