I was actually going to ask when the last time the Norris Award winner was traded in the same summer.

It's obviously going to be Karlsson because 100 points, but it shouldn't be. 74 ES points but still a -26. Didn't play a lick of actual defense.

I've always thought there maybe should be two defensemen awards. One for defensive prowess and the other for offense.

Agreed, I also think men should be awarded for their prowess.

Is it me, or did it look like if Barry Trotz took a deep breath, that button on his jacket would've blew off and blinded someone in the 3rd row!!!

 

Nice to see Foxy nominated though...at least we had some representation in the crowd!
