Fucking guy became a stud as soon as we traded him away to I think either Toronto or St. Louis...I forget which team though. Egers came up in March 1970 after tearing up the AHL and Hadfield got hurt. He had a huge last week of the season and playoff (see link below at 18:20 of him blowing one by Cheevers). He had a big slapper. The next season, they reduced the size of curves, and that supposedly hurt his shot. He also suffered a serious concussion and was never really the same.
