I mean technically they’ve been a franchise again for what… 10 years I think? Give it some time guys.

 

retiring old jets players is dumb because that franchise ceased to exist and retiring thrashers players is dumb too because most of them didn’t play in Winnipeg. 
 

this reeks of “hey we wanna be legit and have retired numbers too”
