My vote for underrated isn't even a bar (and I presume we're talking about chocolate candy here cause I haven't seen any skittles, starbursts, etc. listed), but hear me out - OG M&Ms are so fucking good. I guess you have to like milk chocolate, which I'm not even sure I do...but I let them shits melt in my mouth, not in my hand, and they're actually delishus. Overrated: I'm not too sure.
